SmarterHousing can fully manage a property rented as student accommodation for 7.5% of the rental income with a £150 set-up fee per tenancy (’finders fee’). We are able to manage properties in the residential market, however a review of the property and location is required in order to determine its ‘managability’ and thus fees are available on request.
